Find My Edge

Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-21

Find My Edge (“we”, “us”) is a trading journal operated by Solis IQ Systems Private Limited (CIN: U85499TS2026PTC210842, GSTIN: 36ABSCS6767Q1ZY), registered office at Kowkoor, Malkajgiri Mandal, Hyderabad - 500010, Telangana, India. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

  • Account: email address and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).
  • Trade data: trades you log (instrument, prices, quantities, dates, notes, tags, screenshots, emotions, stop-loss).
  • Settings: tier, trial state, monthly goal, risk preferences, broker connection metadata.
  • Broker tokens: if you connect Zerodha or Dhan, we store encrypted access tokens (AES-256-GCM). We never see your broker password.
  • Payment metadata: Razorpay payment / subscription IDs and event history. Card numbers and UPI handles are stored only by Razorpay, never by us.
  • Email log: when transactional emails (daily plan prompt, weekly digest) were sent to you, for idempotency.
  • Push notification subscriptions: only if you turn push notifications on. See the section below.

Push notifications

Push notifications are off until you turn them on from Journal → Settings. They are separate from email and you opt in to each purpose (daily plan reminder, trial updates, streak repair) on its own.

When you turn them on for a browser, that browser creates a “push subscription” and gives it to us. A push subscription is three pieces of text: an endpoint, which is a web address at your browser vendor’s push service (Google, Mozilla or Apple) that a message is sent to, and two keys (p256dh and auth) that are used to encrypt the message so the push service cannot read it. We store those three values, along with the date you added the device, your browser’s user-agent string, and the date a message was last delivered to it. We do not store your device name, phone number, or location.

Notification text is sent encrypted and never contains a rupee amount, a profit or loss figure, or trade details, because a notification can be read on a locked screen by anyone holding the phone.

When you turn push off for a device, we delete that device’s endpoint and keys from our database. Your per-purpose choices stay on the settings screen so you can see and change them, and nothing is sent to a device we no longer hold a subscription for. If your browser tells us a subscription is permanently gone (you revoked permission, or cleared browser data), we mark it as revoked and stop sending to it. We also keep a log of which notification was sent to you on which date, for the same idempotency reason as the email log.

How we use it

We use this data solely to provide the journaling product: render your dashboards, run analytics, import trades from connected brokers, send the daily plan prompt and weekly digest you opted in to, process payments via Razorpay, and comply with applicable tax / accounting law. We do not sell your data. We do not use your trade data for advertising.

Where it is stored

User accounts, trades, and settings are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region. Trade screenshots are stored in Supabase Storage, also in Singapore. Email delivery is processed by Resend (United States). Payments are processed by Razorpay (India). If you require data residency entirely within India, please contact us before signing up.

Third parties we share data with

  • Supabase - database and auth provider.
  • Razorpay - payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy).
  • Resend - transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel - application hosting and edge / CDN.
  • Zerodha / Dhan - if you connect them, we make API calls on your behalf using tokens you authorise.
  • Browser push services (Google, Mozilla, Apple) - only if you turn push notifications on. They relay the message to your device. The message body is encrypted, so they can see that a message was sent to your device but not what it says.

We do not share your data with any other third party except as required by law.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (Supabase Auth session). The Razorpay checkout iframe may set its own cookies during payment. On our public pages only (never inside the journal), we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, OpenAI and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager. They measure visits and ad performance across Trading with Sidhant sites, and Clarity records how visitors use those public pages. They never see your trades, journal or account data.

Your rights

  • Export - you can export your trades as CSV from Journal → Export at any time.
  • Delete - you can delete your account yourself from Journal → Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately: your trades, screenshots, notes, plans, broker connections and settings are erased, any active subscription is cancelled first, and there is no recovery. Records of payments you have already made are retained, no longer linked to you, because tax law requires it. You can still email edgesupport@tradingwithsidhant.com if you would rather we did it for you.
  • Correct - you can edit any trade, setting, or profile field from within the app.
  • Opt out of emails - every transactional email contains an unsubscribe link.
  • Withdraw push consent - one tap in Journal → Settings removes this device’s subscription from our database. You can also revoke notification permission in your browser at any time.

Children

Find My Edge is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
