Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-20· Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Find My Edge (“the Service”), operated by Solis IQ Systems Private Limited (CIN: U85499TS2026PTC210842, GSTIN: 36ABSCS6767Q1ZY, “we”, “us”), registered office at Kowkoor, Malkajgiri Mandal, Hyderabad - 500010, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Find My Edge is a trading journal. It lets you record trades you have executed elsewhere, view analytics, and receive optional prompts and digests by email. The Service is not a trading platform, a broker, or an investment advisor. It does not execute trades. It does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that violates a third party's rights;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service;
- use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person;
- interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service.
5. Payments
Paid plans (Edge Monthly, Edge Annual, Founding 500 Lifetime) are billed in INR via Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of taxes; 18% GST is added at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle; you keep paid features through that date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Founding 500 Lifetime licence
This section applies only if you bought a Founding 500 Lifetime seat. It is written in plain English on purpose: these are the terms that decide what you actually own, and you should not need a lawyer to follow them.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of Find My Edge — for as long as we operate the Service — and not your lifetime. We say this plainly because an open-ended promise nobody defines is worth less to you than a bounded one we can actually keep.
What your payment covers. One payment, and we will never bill you again for Edge. You get every feature in the Edge tier as it exists on the date of your purchase, plus every future improvement we make to that tier, at no further cost. We will not take a feature you have already paid for and put it behind a new charge.
What it does not cover. We may in future build genuinely separate products that carry their own running costs — for example a live market-data feed we have to licence, or a product built for teams or trading firms — and price those separately. Your Edge access is unaffected if you choose not to buy them. This is a carve-out for new products, not a route to re-charging you for what you already have.
Fair use. Your seat is for your own trading records. Automated bulk access, resale of the Service, or use that materially degrades the Service for other users is not covered, and we may introduce reasonable limits on request volume or stored file size with notice if a single account makes that necessary.
If we discontinue the Service. We may only discontinue Find My Edge for reasonable cause — meaning the company ceases business, a change in law or regulation prevents us operating it, or operating it becomes sustainably unviable. It is not something we may do at will. If it happens, we will give you at least 90 days’ written notice and, throughout that period, a complete export of your data in open formats (CSV, and your ITR-3 / VDA reports).
We do not promise a cash refund on discontinuation, and we would rather tell you that before you pay than imply a guarantee we might not be able to fund. Nothing in this paragraph limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable Indian law, including where the Service is found to be deficient; those rights are yours regardless of what this contract says.
Your seat survives changes to us.If we rename the product, rebuild it on different technology, merge, or are acquired, your Founding 500 entitlement carries over on the same terms. If we transfer the Service to another company, we will obtain that company’s written agreement to honour these terms before the transfer completes.
The seat is personal. It belongs to one account and cannot be resold, transferred, or shared. If you close your account the seat is not returned to the pool.
7. Free trial
New accounts may opt into a 14-day Edge trial at signup. No payment method is required. At the end of the trial you are automatically downgraded to the free tier unless you subscribe.
8. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the trade data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and process it solely to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics (with no identifying information) for product improvement.
9. Broker connections
If you connect a broker account (Zerodha, Dhan), you authorise us to access your trade history via the broker's API using tokens you issue. You can revoke access at any time from Settings or from the broker's own dashboard. We never see or store your broker password.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and release updates at any time, and we may change or remove individual features where doing so is reasonable — for example because a feature is superseded, depends on a third party that withdraws it, or is used by almost no one.
Two limits on that. We will not remove a feature you have specifically paid for while your paid access is current (see section 6 for Founding 500 seats). And discontinuing the Service as a whole is governed by section 6, which requires reasonable cause and 90 days’ notice — it is not something we may do at will.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) where you bought a one-time licence such as a Founding 500 seat, the amount you actually paid for that licence.
Limb (b) exists so the cap cannot evaluate to nothing. An earlier version of these Terms capped liability at fees paid in the preceding three months, which for someone who made a single payment years ago would have meant a cap of zero — a limit that removes the remedy entirely rather than bounding it. That was not the intention and it is not a term we want to rely on.
We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@findmyedge.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
One exception. We will not use this section to reduce what a Founding 500 seat covers under section 6 for someone who has already bought one. If section 6 changes for new buyers, the version in force on the date you paid continues to apply to you, and we keep a record of which version that was.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
